Smart Property Management Tool

Property inspection platform. Run inspections on phone or tablet, capture photos and condition ratings, manage tenants and contractors, and generate branded reports. Served at /spmt/, and reached from the landing page at infraspacenz.com. Holding an account grants nothing by itself: entry is by registering a business, or by an invite from a business that already holds it, and that business decides who else may enter.

The InfraSpace document system itself: a browser editor, a template registry, a contract-driven render pipeline and the host that serves them. One document model in two forms — hard-baked documents for offline and personal use, and live shared documents. Our own DOC survey research is not published here.

Open Meetings, Appointments & Business Rooms

The open meetings platform, built on our own API rather than a third party's: rooms, invitations, presence and live shared notes. Hosted at /meetings/ and listed because it is being built right now, not because it is finished — the room API is deployed and answers every route, refusing by name with 'Server database is not configured' until a database is attached, so rooms, invitations and joining cannot be used yet. It runs its own accounts; sign in inside the app.
